Summer 2025 Undergraduate Graduation Application opens.

Ticket request details emailed at 5 p.m. to students who have applied for graduation. 

Applications for graduation must be accepted/approved by this date in order to have your name printed in the program.

Deadline for any name changes to be reflected in Commencement program. (For those that met the above deadline).

Deadline at 11:59 p.m. MDT for ticket request with initial allotment of up to 6 tickets/graduating student.

Availability of additional tickets emailed at 5 p.m. to students who have applied for graduation. (Dependent upon number of tickets requested by Monday, March 31 deadline.)

Deadline to order cap and gown. See Commencement site for order information.

If a final allotment of tickets remains available, this will be emailed to students who have applied for graduation.  (Dependent upon number of tickets requested by April 30.)  This potential final allotment is not guaranteed.

Cap and Gown Pick up. Recreation Center, Small Gym 2 pm to 7 pm. 

Final ticket request deadline at Noon MDT, based on ticket availability.

Deadline to have Summer 2025 undergraduate application submitted.

All grades including those for final semester are due.

Official transcripts from other institutions with all final grades must be received by the Office of the Registrar (please send official transcripts to transfereval@unco.edu) no later than 5 p.m.

If your transcripts is received after this date, you will be considered a tentative Fall 2025 graduate.

The final Deadline for all course adjustments, test scores, portfolios, recitals, grades, and any other outstanding graduation requirements for Summer 2025 tentative graduates.

Tentative Summer 2025 graduates who are not meeting all their requirements by the deadline will be considered a tentative Fall 2025 graduate.

Diplomas available with degree.

Undergraduate Commencement

All grades, including those for final semester, are due.

The final deadline for all course adjustments, test scores, portfolios, recitals, grades, graduation application, and any other outstanding graduation requirements for Fall 2025 tentative graduates.

Tentative Fall 2025 graduates who are not meeting all their requirements by the deadline will be considered a tentative Spring 2026 graduate.

Fall 2025 degrees will be conferred (verified by the Office of the Registrar) on January 20, 2026. Transcripts will be available after January 20, 2026 and will show a graduation date of December 13, 2025.

 Diplomas available with final degree.
